Introduction: Infertility is an important problem in reproductive health, known by WHO. Although, this is not a disease, but can cause important emotional disorders. Infertility is a problem, that WOMEN suffer from in traditional society.Violence is able to force them emotionally.Materials and Methods: This research planning was based on lastest infertility's textbooks and articles. Faiuler in motherhood caused stressful status to woman and her partner. WOMEN may also have unpleasant emotional and low self-esteem and depression.Results: In Iran, we noticed that fertility rate is high and has a noticeable social and cultural status for WOMEN. Search of infertility phenomena and fauiler and its affected agent in treatment influence the mental health of the couple and one of the factors is violence. Domestic violence is common and affects public health. 45% WOMEN suffer from it. The survey of National Research Statistics on the domestic violence in Iran showed that 66% of Iranian WOMEN suffered from domestic violence.Conclusion: Infertility is stressful phenomenon that causes violence, stress and anxiety.

Background: Infertility and its treatment, as one of the most difficult experiences in life, affects the mental health and happiness of couples, especially WOMEN. This study compared the happiness of INFERTILE WOMEN and the wives of INFERTILE men. Methods: This research was a comparative cross-sectional study. The study sample included 142 WOMEN (71 INFERTILE WOMEN and 71 wives of INFERTILE men) referring to the infertility clinic of Akbarabadi Hospital in Tehran, Iran, selected by consecutive sampling from February to August 2020. Demographic information and the Oxford happiness inventory (OHI) were used to collect the data. The data analysis was performed in SPSS software, version 16 using the Fisher exacttest, Chi-square, Kruskal-Wallis, and independent t-test. A P<0. 05 was considered significant. Results: The study showed that INFERTILE WOMEN are happier than the wives of INFERTILE men (P=0. 006). Also, the subscales of life satisfaction (P=0. 016), efficacy (P=0. 025), cheerfulness (P=0. 001), and self-esteem (P=0. 017) were higher in INFERTILE WOMEN than in the other group. However, there was no significant difference between the two groups in the subscales of sociability and wellbeing. Conclusion: According to the findings, spouses of INFERTILE men may experience lower happiness levels than INFERTILE WOMEN. In addition to paying more attention to the psychological condition of INFERTILE men’, s wives, more detailed studies with a larger sample size are needed to confirm the results. Also, qualitative studies are recommended to clarify all dimensions of happiness of INFERTILE couples.

Background: Sexual problems have different effects on the life of people by influencing their interpersonal and marital relationships and satisfaction. Relationship between sexual dysfunctions and infertility can be mutual. Sexual dysfunction may cause difficulty conceiving but also attempts to conceive, may cause sexual dysfunction.Objective: This paper compares sexual dysfunction in fertile and INFERTILE WOMEN.Materials and Methods: In this cross-sectional study, 110 INFERTILE couples referring to Montasarieh Infertility Clinic and 110 fertile couples referring to five healthcare centers in Mashhad were selected by class cluster sampling method. Data collection tools included demographic questionnaire and Glombok-Rust Inventory of Sexual Satisfaction. Data were analyzed through descriptive and analytical statistical methods by SPSS.Results: There was no significant difference in total score of sexual problems and other dimensions of sexual problems (except infrequency) in fertile 28.9 (15.5) and INFERTILE 29.0 (15.4) WOMEN. Fertile WOMEN had more infrequency than INFERTILE WOMEN (p=0.002).Conclusion: There was no significant difference between fertile and INFERTILE WOMEN in terms of sexual problems. Paying attention to sexual aspects of infertility and presence of programs for training of sexual skills seems necessary for couples.

Background: Infertility is one of the common problems in different communities and can cause anxiety in WOMEN with the problem. This study was done to evaluate the causes of infertility in patients underwent laparoscopy.Methods: This study was a cross-sectional study to investigate the files of 300 cases with infertility who admitted to Shaid Beheshti hospital in Isfahan for laparoscopy. Information from registration files collected in a checklist and then entered and analyzed in SPSS software.Finding: The most frequent patients (56.3%) were classified in the 21-30 years old age group and minimum frequency was seen in patients older than 40 years old.63 percent of the subjects were suffering from primary infertility. In general, 28.3% of patients had normal laparoscopic findings. The most frequent cause of infertility was adhesion and blocked fallopian tubes and endometriosis was the lowest cause (2.3%).Conclusion: Generally, frequent cause of infertility is adhesion and blocked fallopian tubes and the gold standard technique for diagnosing this situation is laparoscopy. Therefore, it seems that the use of laparoscopy in the diagnosis of cause of infertility is a safe and useful method. Moreover, given that pelvic infection is the common cause of blocked fallopian tubes, evaluating people can be an effective strategy to prevent the infection and infertility.
